These are exciting days! Innovation and creativity abound in every area and field, including the world of golf carts. Today, we'd like to introduce to you some golf cart world records that might surprise you but will definitely delight you.

World's Longest Golf Cart

This world record was set right here in Perry, GA by, you guessed it, Mike's Golf Carts. This gigantic golf cart measures a whopping 31 feet 6.74 inches (9.62 meters.)

The world's longest golf cart was built on an EZ-GO golf cart frame stretched with a custom truss system. It sits on 49 inch tires that are mounted on 20 inch wheels.

It is powered by a 48 volt electric drivetrain.

Mike's Golf Cart's was registered with the Guinness Book of World Records on May 30, 2013.

World's Fastest Golf Cart

Nicknamed "The Bandit" this golf cart, driven by Robby Steen, maxed out at 118.76 mph on the Darlington Dragway in Hartsville, South Carolina.

October 31, 2014 was the day that the Guinness Book of Records verified this incredible feat.

World's Longest Golf Cart Parade

Every community should be like this one. There was a golf cart parade in Florida that had over 3,321 participants in 2005. Can you imagine that? Golf carts galore!

I can imagine standard carts, lifted golf carts, custom golf carts, and so much more. I bet the participants got super creative too.
